Yajiagen Range

This region has been on the LeadClimb map for the last 2 years. Finally, the first ascents were made in the middle and end of 2022. The range has a combination of ridge ascents and vertical climbing for various skill levels and abilities.  And endless possibilities of climbs!

PK1: Reflection Peak 4810m

PK 2: Mt. Camelback 5030m

These routes are best climbed from September to January


we usually have a period of one month from September to October wehere we set up a permanent basecamp.

A single climb can be arranged over 3-5 days:


Day 1-2: Arrive at the Kangding from Chengdu and acclimatize - a simple walk around the area

Day 3: Acclimatise: Hike to base camp and plan the trip (Go over details and debrief)

Day 4: Climb the peak and return to Chengdu

Day 5: Travel back to Chengdu

(Additional days for more climbs - see personalized climb)

Costs for the trip

Five-day climb:

2200USD including the living cost for the acclimatization period and travel to and from Chengdu, gear used for the climb, and climbing shoes/boots. 


Excludes personal clothing or technical clothing, personal snacks for the climb, and meals


Additional climb: (550USD)
